Filomena Marques - Executive Assistant
Filomena Marques Castanheira is the executive assistant of IRIS. She is responsible for managing IRIS’ entire administrative area, serving all NOVA.id.FCT scientific community, scheduling and preparing meetings, organizing events, maintaining the digital archive of all documentation. Filomena has been an employee within FCT NOVA environment for over 31 years, having deep knowledge of NOVA.id.FCT's community, articulating IRIS' services with other services. She has specialized training in secretariat and environment management.
