IN3+ Award - 4th edition

Applications for the 4th edition of the IN3+ Prize, One Million for Innovation, promoted by Imprensa Nacional-Casa da Moeda, S.A., (INCM), opened on April 28 and will close on July 31, 2023. Award, one of the largest in Portugal in support of innovation and research, is dedicated to all Universities, Researchers, Entrepreneurs, Companies or Startups, national or international, that present new projects or ideas within the scope of the areas of activity of the INCM and that integrate the its Innovation Network.

2024 Millennium Technology Prize.

The Millennium Technology Prize is awarded for groundbreaking technological innovations that benefit people globally and improve life on the planet in a sustainable way. The EUTOPIA Alliance announced the launch of the call for the 2023 edition of the EUTOPIA Young Leaders Academy.

What?

The objective of the Academy is to support the career development of high-potential, early to mid-career researchers from all EUTOPIA partner universities and to promote interdisciplinary scholarly exchange between promising researchers and the rest of the EUTOPIA research community.

How?

• The Young Leaders Academy will enroll a first cohort of 20 Fellows (2 per university) in November 2023, for a duration of 2 years during which they will become ambassadors of the EUTOPIA alliance.

• It will organize scholarly exchanges and networking activities, skill development and training sessions and visits aimed at acquainting the Fellows with the research environment of the EUTOPIA Alliance

• Fellows will receive a dedicated mobility budget to support their research collaboration projects within EUTOPIA

Apply!

• Applications are greeted from researchers appointed with one of EUTOPIA universities, holding a tenured or tenure-track position or major research fellowship, preferably between 2 to 12 years after Ph.D. completion;

• Applications are open and will close on the 21st of June 2023.

• Applications should be submitted to the local program manager of your home university (Rita Rua Ferreira, nova.research@unl.pt), including a collaboration and career development project and supported by heads of department, faculty, etc.
