NOVA IMPACT - Sciencepreneur 2023
The Sciencepreneur program is aimed at Universidade Nova de Lisboa scientists who are seeking to create value from their research activities.
This 7-week course focuses on the acquisition of the basic concepts and understanding on how to generate value from research activities into a wider context, namely their benefits to the economy and society at large. The program culminates with a final pitch presentation and an award of 1.000€ to the best project.
Deadline for applications ends on April 6th, 2023.

PATLIB is the annual conference of the PATLIB centres. This year the event is co-organised with the Estonian Patent Office and takes place in a hybrid format with limited on-site participation in Tallinn for PATLIB centres and national patent offices in the Baltic and Nordic states.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND FUNDING
This Euratom event will present the main priorities of the Work Programme 2023-25 managed by DG Research and Innovation and will focus on Small Modular Reactors (SMRs). A Declaration on ‘EU SMR 2030: Research & Innovation, Education & Training’ will be signed by Commissioner Gabriel and EU nuclear stakeholders: Nucleareurope, SNETP, ENS and ENEN.
The event will be followed by the launch of the calls for proposals on the Funding and Tenders Portal.
